Residency in the field of occupational health
The education obtained allows students to work in the health care system as an occupational health doctor.
Occupational health doctor is a first-line attending physician whose task is to
- discover and diagnose occupational diseases and other work-related health disorders;
- assess risk factors present in the working environment and explain their effects on the health of the employees;
- conduct staff health surveillance and implement preventive measures to maintain the health of workers in the workplace.
